| Senior Infrastructure Engineer Leading national professional IT Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Engineer to join its engineering team in Auckland * Microsoft technologies * Enterprise systems experience * Customer centric Our client is a highly regarded infrastructure services company servicing medium to large customers nationally. With a strong customer value proposition in the ICT space this company is continuing to grow apace. Right now they need an additional Senior Infrastructure Engineer with at least five years experience and proven expertise in Microsoft Server and Exchange. Preference will be given to candidates who have proven experience working in large IT environments and on large projects with expert knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and 2008, Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2007 and Active Directory. A solid understanding of Networking, Terminal Services and Citrix and VMware would be a significant advantage. While the technical aspects of the position are paramount, the ability to work with customers and staff is a key aspect of the role; consequently people skills are very important to our client and they specify the following as must haves -> Team player -> Excellent people skills -> Proven customer facing skills -> Self starter -> Attention to detail and accuracy -> Keen to acquire knowledge -> Exceptional English is a must - both verbal and written Our client's focus is on enabling business through technology. To be successful in this role you will also have a broad understanding and experience of a wide range of enterprise technologies.
